When the company scales from 0.15 MTPA to 0.6 MTPA, we need our people to scale with it. Learning and development isn't an HR initiative here — it's an operational necessity.

Structured shadowing across the DRI kiln, melt shop and power plant. New hires learn the closed-loop process hands-on, guided by senior operators.

Mandatory HSE induction, toolbox talks and periodic recertification. Every employee is trained to stop unsafe work — no exceptions, no compromise.

Equipment-specific training on furnaces, casters, boilers and the WHRB. Skill matrices track progression from operator to specialist.

Spectrometer, dimensional and sulphur-print testing discipline built into every role, so quality control stays a system rather than a final check.

The supervisors of tomorrow are the operators of today. Shift leaders are groomed through structured leadership and people-management modules.

Rotations across operations, maintenance and quality give high-potential employees a full-chain view of the integrated plant.

Training on process controls, data capture and automation tools as we modernize toward the Phase 2 expansion.
